Essential Kits: We provide a complimentary set of essential amenities, including soaps, shower gels, shampoos, toilet paper, and detergents. Guests are responsible for restocking these items at their own expense once they run out during their stay.

The Damage Insurance specifically covers accidental damage to the apartment's contents during the guests’ stay. Should a guest opt not to purchase the Damage Insurance, a refundable Security Deposit must be provided at check-in, payable in cash or by credit card prior to access to the apartment. Please note that debit cards are not accepted as a payment method for the Security Deposit. The standard amounts are as follows:
