Cleaning: The apartment undergoes professional cleaning, including changing linens, towels, and restocking of Essential Kits. Daily cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
Essential Kits: We provide a complimentary set of essential amenities, including soaps, shower gels, shampoos, toilet paper, and detergents. Guests are responsible for restocking these items at their own expense once they run out during their stay.

Important: To safeguard our property and maintain the condition of furniture, appliances, and fixtures, all guests are required to purchase a non-refundable Damage Insurance or provide a refundable Security Deposit. The Damage Insurance specifically covers accidental damage to the apartment's contents during the guests’ stay. Should a guest opt not to purchase the Damage Insurance, a refundable Security Deposit must be provided at check-in, payable in cash or by credit card prior to access to the apartment. Please note that debit cards are not accepted as a payment method for the Security Deposit. The standard amounts are as follows:
– Studio apartment: Damage Insurance AED 200 per stay or Security Deposit AED 1500
– 1 Bedroom apartment: Damage Insurance AED 235 per stay or Security Deposit AED 2000
